Ahhhh.... But Just because you 'failed' phase 2 doesnt meant they don't offer you a place on the iCP stream instead.

I suspect several of the 13 who failed...

Dont forget CTC also offer places on their ICP course to unsuccesful wings candidates. So I dont think it as hard to get accepted on a course as they make out.

I failed selection for the wings...

It is totally self sponsored. However the big difference is that the employment prospects for CTC cadets (historically) were very good. They claim 100% success rate for placements on their web...

At the moment it sounds like even CTC graduates are still struggling to get placed...
