That's very true mu-meter man, however it doesn't usually mean that they can't accept any other flights without 24 hours notice because they don't have the fire-cover available at short-notice...

The "obviously short of RFFS staff" was referring to the current notam, where they can't accept any ad-hoc movements during those times because they are too busy doing security for the two flights...

The RFFS staff don't do any of the loading of the two scheduled flights(may do ad-hoc if they ever get any).

Do however do the security etc i think for the flights, so obviously short of RFFS...
