Don't misunderstand me, I think the technology of Skype, both pc to pc and andy to pc, works very well, been using it for years ! - it's just the convoluted website/method of renewing a subscription...

I can't use it for free as the majority of calls...

I can't use it for free as the majority of calls are to a UK landline. Why they haven't set up a simple system of retaining your subscription/upgrading your credit card beats me........

I have spent all morning trying to renew a subscription to Skype with a new credit card after the old card expired.

Can't enter details of the new card as I already have four cards set as methods...
