Yes I agree that it is cheaper to do a taxiway when there already is a batching plant on site. Thing to be careful of is that the resurface date has already been put back a number of times previously...

Agreed, it does stop push backs occasionally from the higher stands but this certainly does not warrant spending millions in putting a full length taxiway. It doesn't happen every hour of every day....
