Crossing my Fingers

I would hope then seeing as I applied in the second week of November that I'd at least have a shot of that Feb/March timeline. i.e. Should I be succesful at being granted an interview.

I would advise that if you can snag another Job for now then go with it for sure. You have nothing to lose by accepting the job whereas you might "lose out" on that job in the event that you don't...
