Of course a person can prepare for the Aer Lingus interview with HR / Captains, but my guess is the psychometric assessments / interview cannot be prepared for?

I was in the assessment center for a full 7 hours. So if anything goes wrong maybe it could be 8 hours but it took us 7. It depends on what session you are on, there are 08.30 and 11.00...

Yes I agree... Different this year as the PILAPT test seems to require attendance in Dublin rather than online to weed out more applicants. Great that the schedule is clear though from the start.
