Well, that nose-wheel leg doesn't get me anywhere either, but I reckon it's pretty old and looks like it may be the North American X-10, a test drone for the later cancelled Navaho Missile ??

It's the tip of the elevator horn-balance, a very "pointy shaped" aircraft and I guess the stick must be right back!
