The only way to categorically prove these new blades are quieter is to perform some kind of noise evaluation testing with a machine with standard blades and one with the Van Horn blades. Maybe that...

H369A v OH-6A.

The closest thing to an OH-6A certified in Europe is probably this particular version of the Hughes 500, which I believe was certified as the H369HE and was refered to as the Hughes 369A.
