I read and watch almost 100% English but then...

I read and watch almost 100% English but then speaking becomes a bit challenging. Moving to UK is of course best option but not possible.

Some countries apply really though standards to get ELP 5. Is there any books that help to prepare for this specific level? I don't know why but I a lot of jobs now require level 5 or even 6! It's...
