Numerous airports in Europe, all busier then SFO...

Numerous airports in Europe, all busier then SFO (by flights), use almost only ILS. Rarely visuals, no RNAV, just 99% ILS. Even with 4NM spacing, slow and fast traffic.
So it can be done...
