You Wont get it....

The CAA grant authority to the flying school for exam approval.

My advice is to sit your flight test in the UK and do a state of licence transfer

OK , if you get a copy of the certificate of...

OK , if you get a copy of the certificate of approval( granted by the CAA) from your theory provider and present this to the italian flight school, it should be accepted .

But with EASA things are...

If you have completed your exams in the UK and done the flying in italy and not done the skills test for the PPL......

Go and get your UK medical, go to a UK flying school and complete training...
