I wonder if NQY might make a return for summer 18 tapping into the staycation market ? BE already service it 3 daily LGW and daily during summer from STN. Is there a market at SEN on top of that ?

City jet aren't the only ones not offering the full summer 17 schedule for sale currently.

Flybe are still to release the vast majority of its schedule.

equally just to be clear when NQY operated at SEN after U2 dropped it, the route was operated by BE "mainline" rather than the stobart franchise, think it operated most days BHX-NQY-SEN-NQY-BHX

I am however uncertain why the seemingly successful SEN-NQY route which was picked up by BE "mainline" last year has been transferred to STN.

At 1100/1105 the have BHX & LGW departing daily plus the STN on those days. However they currently only base/nightstop 1...

Doesn't it look like NQY-STN operates with a NQY based aircraft ?

If so they look like having two based at NQY so there is scope to add to the currently released schedules.

U2 have not dropped NQY-SEN over the recent months is my point. The route was summer 2013 only with it being operated by BE using the NQY based DH8 for summer 14.

I think you would still be able to interline...

I think you would still be able to interline between BE & EI assuming they have an interline agreement.

You would probably need to book via a TA but as long as EI and BE we're all on one ticket...
