With an upgrade batch every two months with 8-10 guys FOs are now flying 100+ hours a month. So yes... there is a need for pilots in Spice. Also all future batches are now open to all candidates......

I would make a move towards spice as most FOs will try to get into Jet leaving slots open in Spice in the near future.

Just be prepared to work for peanuts though.
