Non-Jordanian can get promoted in RJ?

I saw thieir web site then Jordanian crew wear in traditional uniform but its not for non-Jordanian crew I think. Or is it just their uniform for business...

I have a question, if if if if I could join Royal jordanian Air and am working for them, I can not apply for EK or QR at least 6months after I resigned RJ?
