Good luck finding italian pilots for that money on a 20/10 roster.
On similar operations italian operators are paying pretty much the double.

The scheduled has always been 15/15, they might be short of crews at the moment, but they usually run on 2 crews per plane.

Slightly optimistic on the figures quoted, but you are not far off.
