So the Comminwealth requires that to get an ATPL you must complete a flight test? Yep, show you're good enough against published standards. Gosh!! That's a harsh burden.

And to fly in a multi crew...

The individual examiner/ATO is responsible for conducting the test to the standard required by the Manual of Standards. You may not be aware of this as you won't have read the MOS but...
