You complain about "oversupply" yet you describe cadet schemes as a "short circuit" in the system....

I find it unbelievable that one or two posters are complaining about the Aer Lingus cadet scheme of all things!

Yes it is competitive but it sounds to me like one of the quickest and most secure...
