Are TCX's operations larger at MAN than LGW? I always thought they were and that TOM was the one with a more LGW emphasis?

LS filled the equivalent from BLK to TFS a few years back and I would consider BOH to have a greater audience/less competition from larger airports near the respective airfield.

People think they will only travel in business class/private jets but if I had a disposable income similar to that of a footballer/A-list celeb then I would certainly rather fly...

Right. So I guess they would head out on WW to BFS then as passengers and obviously vice versa? I suppose it is cheaper than setting up a larger pool at BFS.

I think the 757 operates the Toronto route - it does on most days from MAN anyway, with maybe once a week A330.

I think the 757 is fitted for long haul anyway but not 100% sure.

TUI and Thomas Cook merger would be like Coca Cola and Pepsi merging in Europe. It would be a HUGE monopoly on the charter market and the EC would say no to this more quickly that a AF/KL/LH merger...
