Fire service may be cat 5 but how quickly could it be raised to cat 6 (737/A320) or 7(757/738)? Quick enough to take a divert that's 20 minutes out?

As far as I'm aware no commercial flights have diverted to CVT this week - this is what happens when you shut the terminal and reduce staffing in ATC, Fire service and groundcrew........

They might be able to use that runway if they shifted everything else off. Last time I was there they had 3 day stopping freighters and some of the based GA parked up.
