Unfortunately I don't have one of those sockets installed in the aircraft anyway. I genuinely can't see the real problem in simply tapping off power from an existing item of avionics or something...

All,

Has anyone got any solutions for supplying aircraft power to a Garmin 795 portable GPS on a UK registered Eurocopter EC120.

I'm preferably trying to get it hard wired so that I can mount...
