I understand that it's to do with bringing Chinese buisness to Kent. I think it's more to do with the industrial park rather than the airport. I too would like to know more, though.

I would have thought that Manston is a bit too far away from Dover port & the tunnel. As for lorry parking to service the MSE freight centre, Echo apron might be the wrong side of the fence.
