It used to be pretty much guaranteed, since for years, CTC never had a cadet leave without a job.

Now a wait of 18 months or more is likely in the hold pool but...

Wow! I bet that'll make those that applied in the past that got through stages 1-3 but failed 4, very happy since if they went through now, they'd have passed selection instead of being rejected...

Is any of this really true? Wasn't the number of cadets "dumped" around 32? Around 20 odd from EZY and 11 odd from MON? Haven't 90% of them already been re-employed at Aer Lingus, Gulf Air and EZY...

You get put on to the ATP course providing you meet the pre-requisites (pass rates etc) but there is no reason why that won't happen. Even if the ATP scheme is closed, you'll still go on to it.

I read in a magazine today that CTC's selection fee has dropped to just £50....I believe it used to be around the £180 mark plus £100 if you had to re-sit a phase.
