Some of the nastiest shocks come from discharging Capacitors... ouch :ouch:

Hello all,

A question for an electronics geek just out of curiosity... is there any particular reason why the standard aircraft power supply is 115Vac @ 400Hz? I ask this merely out of curiosity,...
