Of course he won't last five years if in his mid twenties and single. And will not be because of the rostering. He'll simply wear out.

A TRE at a legacy, doing that same work on a wide body can make upwards of 130,000 AED per month. That would be with a 15% override on the hourly rate and working the equivalent of 100 hours...
