Back to your question, HD. Pilots generally prefer to fly in straight lines. Draw a line between Redhill and Elstree and tell us which H route you think you would follow.

I just cannot understand all this angst about tall buildings etc 'near a heliport'. It would not matter if the heliport was at the end of a steep-sided 1000yd-wide ravine - SVFR is what you need....
