If ctc decide to limit a cadets time in the holding pool to 12 months thats a lot of dosh lost on their behalf as they make most of their money through type rating cadets and the airlines paying for...

I think we can all agree that the cadets laid off by Monarch and Easyjet were not 50-60 years of age...luckily most did find alternative employments, with and without the help of CTC.

There are options open to cadets in the holding pool, as Dave said they will have turned down offers and be awaiting an airline they would prefer such as EZY.

Wonder how the holding pool is at the minute with airlines going out of business, pilots been laid off and cost cutting schemes...

By the way if all the talk of getting removed is worrying you, just to eas your mind, if you put the work in you will pass. CTC have a VERY low drop/failure rate.
