Not to forget that Dubai is also like a connector for us in the North East to Asia/Oceania.

The past 2 years I've gone from Newcastle to Dubai then onwards to Bangkok, Shanghai and Taipei. :)

Almeria maybe? Or to go on a "cultural" side - Madrid. But I'm not exactly sure Madrid would work from NCL, not unless people wanted to go onwards to South America using Madrid as a connection point.
