I know Dubai had them but canned it and went back to inviting candidates for APCs and interviews....

I think an invite to do a practical assessment would do better but yes it will cost the company a fortune. Thing is I really wanted this badly and still do. I'm even prepared to pay my own way to get...

You will get an email saying thank you but sorry... The tests in my opinion is a crock of sh&t.... Simply can't see how phyc tests determine if I'll be a good ATCO who an obey rules and do my job...
