They have accepted deviations in the past; they may be taking a harder line on it now. I'd either give them a call at BOH and ask them, or else just wait until you get the deviation removed.

It's not CTC you should be asking about your eyesight, its the CAA; you can get the Class 1 medical requirements off their website. Believe astigmatism has to be less than 2 dioptres...
