Not quite true ref STN, BFS and EMA.
Still be TCX bases as such, but flown with ACMI aeroplanes therefore not TCX pilot bases.

No it's not.
No TCX aeroplanes are 'based' at any specific airport.
It may be there for a short while or an extended period, but it certainly isn't based anywhere.
