I'd suggest the capitation rates for Aircrew, especially if PAS or near the top of their payscales would be closer to £100 - 120k.

MMA - same aircraft type will also be able to take over ASTOR/Sentinel role as well as do 'MPA'. P-8 is being configured to do that.

Again, srsly? The concept of having a flying T23, with a pretty decent sonar, and passive capability, that can deploy from a ship, with decent legs, better than anything the USN or French can put...

Why not? It would cost relatively very little to train and leave 24 people in the US (or Aus, NZ, Can, etc) for 6 years to allow a little more time to get the Billions lined up for a fully costed...
