For those who have experience to fly for a private ower:

Are you secured if you loose your job? I can imagine if you lose your job from 1 day to the other and having no other job...

Correct! What you have been mentioning was also giving me a headache. Things like bookkeeping, the loss of social benefits. And also, what will happen if the aircraft is AOG? No work...

The type/lpc might be paid by owner but then...

The type/lpc might be paid by owner but then receiving a lower salary.

For me this seems some kind of freelance work.
