Yes it is...

Only aircraft flying the approach using a vertical GPS input are not required to correct for cold weather as they fly the vertical profile based on satellite input not a barometric...

sonicbum has the right approach to this situation.

There is a difference to LNAV, LNAV/VNAV and APV altitudes.

LNAV minima, like VOR, LOC, NDB and visuals are to be corrected for Cold Weather....
