There was about 40plus transferring LHR-MAN -JFK/ORD/PHL from AA this morning. Not sure if AA are overbooking their LHR-US services, but it's becoming in more common for pax to transfer LHR-MAN-US...

Menzies or any other handling agent do NOT organize buses for remote stands. If the airport allocate a remote stand, then it is they who are responsible for arranging transport to/from the terminal.

The 744 yesterday was operated by Mixed fleet crew, the 767's yesterday and today were operated by Euro fleet crew due Mixed fleet not being licensed on 767's. MAN is operated as a Mixed fleet route.
