No they haven't. Infact, they've not taken over a single route ! . The planned LGW operation is a wet lease agreement just as with any other airline, i.e Titan, QR etc...

I believe this is due to the handling...

I believe this is due to the handling arrangements in T5 by BA themselves which necessitates using the BA FLY system. So the flights are treated as if they're on BA's own metal.
