Never got more than 10 days off/ month ( 330).
But instead plenty of STBY, without being called.( direct consequence of the above rule I guess).
I would rather be at home...

As far as I known,The limitation for school allowance is based on age only ( 21 max), regardless of the type of education/ school ( college ,university, high school..).

The point is ...if you hire a 320 type rated pilot and you put him on 320, he doesn't have to sign any bond and so he is free to leave anytime.
( it happens recently I think with a couple of 320...

But keep in mind that you have another constraint as well now as you can only have a max of 10 days off/ month....
