Been doing it for years....

My POH...

75Kt @ 50', 2900lb, Flaps 100%, Dry, level and Paved.

S/L 50' distance @ 40oC is 2156, Ground roll 1102.

bearing in mind the temperature at 'LD is rarely at 40oC and the aircraft...
