Yes they can. They just have to jump the legal hurdles to live/work here. Just like Americans would have to jump hurdles to work in the UK.

Saw this ad from Etihad F/Os for a base in ALABAMA ? As in the State of Alabama in the USA ? If it's a typo, it's a big one.

Perhaps the alternative explanation is there's a place in the ME also...

The LCCs have really slowed...
