I personally don't get any negative or ridiculous ideas out of it. An other airline has started a cadet scheme, a self-funded one, but still a step into the right direction.

As the assessment is at FTEīs facilities I would assume that it will be the standard FTE assessment, especially as this is also the case for FTEīs other schemes, like the Flybe programme for example....
