You can take the atpl exams in one country and do the cpl-ir in another. Once you have completed the exams, just be sure to have your results certificate issued in English language.

Another option is: doing the MEP checkride at the old school and put it on your Ppl.
Remember, you have to do the MEP checkride with 6 months from the the first day...
