I was at Phuket airport today. The 1-2-Go line was much less busy than the Thai Airways line - which was the one I had tickets for. Screw Udom.

Yes, access was OK the next day and is OK now. I guess one of the non-redundant links from Thailand to the UK was down and Tor enabled me to get around it. I did try many times to get through...

I watched the 20 minute video. It was very well presented. The most important issue they raised was that 1-2-Go gave flight time figures for the pilot/copilot that were monthly totals and were lies....
