Ryanair Seat Row 33

Flying Ryanair recently, I noticed that row 33 is no longer designated as an emergency exit row.
Does anyone know why this change has taken place?
Many thanks.

It was instigated by Boeing. Also row 2DEF are no longer considered emergency exit seats.
