UK helicopter single pilot crm DVD

Hi
I'm after a DVD produced by the UK CAA which focuses on helicopter single pilot CRM.
I have searched here, and obviously the CAA site but had no luck. I've also asked the CAA direct but waiting for an answer.
Does anyone know how I can get hold of a copy?
Thanks in advance

Try asking Rick Newson at the CAA Flight Ops - I think he produced the video
