Could it have been driven by an ALPA member?

Inside news

Norwegian Captain says there is a "sardine-can size" hole in the hull next to the aft baggage door. Getting Boeing approval to repair it. Note there is a snow storm in Boston and ground temp is hovering just above zero. Be a brave Boeing person to approve that?

The ground equipment must have struck the opening edge - I cannot imagine a hole going all the way through the barrel proper.
