Easy Jet diversion after severe turbulence

An easyJet flight from London to Spain was diverted 125 miles away over fears the aircraft was damaged, according to reports.
Aviation website AIRLIVE.net said the Airbus A320 jet landed in Malaga rather than Almeria due to 'possible damage from severe turbulence'.

Aircraft in question resumed normal flying less than an hour after it diverted. Doesn't sound like a big repair issue.
