BA57 LHR - JNB Jan 14

Anyone know what caused BA57 (LHR-JNB) Boeing 747-436ER Janaury 14 to divert to Barcelona but eventually return to LHR after flying for 6 hours?

Medical issue followed by crew going out of hours.
