Question Apparent aircraft part washed up in Thailand

Can anyone ID for certain what this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gc-gslfnjuE is from?

NAS bolts , cable clamps etc. Possible cowling ?

Thai media speculating it a part from MH370.
