That's the best way to send an emergerncy message.
Too many times ( particulary in the maritime enviroment ) The person in need of help shouts into the microphone in a state of panic.
A cool clear message will get help far quicker than yelling and not giving vital info, such as, location, nature of the problem and what help is needed.
