Otto-pessimism
17 B737 Tailsrikes in one month, all by Capt's, Tkish of course, so they have enforced limitations on F/O's ! Maybe don't let the Capt yank the pole like an F 104.

be objective THY like many other airlines has its rough corners that will take time to smooth out..

im not trying to biased in anyway, i have worked for few airlines around various geographic locations and not one of them were immune to problems....IMHO i think your just being over melodramatic due to you pessimistic views of THY...
