If its true it could have huge ramifications I am lead to believe you can't hold government contracts if your company is convicted of bribery

Well thats the rules for small company's tendering for local gov contracts

AgustaWestland makes use of India's 'two for the price of one' special on bribary investigations: CBI initiates another probe against AgustaWestland

(Hopefully some insider will eventually write a book about India's Light Utility Helicopter program. They'd surely make a fortune marketing it as a guide on how not to run a procurement program.)
